Moving across the pond is challenge enough, so we jumped at the chance to help this busy family of five create a new home. The home had to work for the family but also for entertaining business colleagues so we went for a mix of bold colour and sophisticated shapes.

It was important to make the three young children feel at home straight away, so we went all out with a playroom and made personalised lamps for each of them using their old toys.

One of the challenges was using the family’s art collection that they had brought with them. We mixed these in with new pieces to help create a sense of home.
